We have a number of wellbeing activities taking place the Hubb.
One of our regular health and wellbeing activities is Chair Yoga, which takes place on Tuesday mornings. It’s a nice exercise style that suits people with mobility issues or if you want a gentle introduction to movement. It will work on improving your balance and flexibility, as well as helping you feel more relaxed and centred.
After that, also on a Tuesday, we have our holistic sessions, which includes reflexology, acupressure and other wellbeing techniques to help you unwind. Why not join us at the Hubb on Tuesdays for some very relaxing sessions!
Then on Thursdays, we have a Ladies Fitness session, from 11:30am, coached by Selina Hussain. The sessions are for women over 45 and you will need to be registered as a member of the Muslin Sport Foundation to take part. You can use this link to register as a member.
These sessions will help you feel fitter and happier, as well as more relaxed and centred. We hope you can join us at one of them soon!
